A farmhouse from the 16th century-XVIII, located alone 1,5 km of the lovely medieval town of Calonge and a 4,5 km from the beaches of Sant Antoni. A separated place but at the same time nearby, Quiet and surrounded by nature.

You will enjoy ample space where you can even eat comfortably, If you prefer to do it in the kitchen instead of the dining room.
In this spectacular kitchen you can prepare your favorite dishes and surprise your friends and family with all the taste of the house.

More Pretel is a three -story house with a lot of space, Ideal for all types of events: white, Celebrations, family gatherings and much more.
Outside you will find a spacious land to park vehicles, An open work structure to enjoy music and dance, A large grass zone with a splendid pool, A roofed porch with table to savor a breakfast or a good outdoor coffee, as well as a covered wood oven to prepare delicious dishes between friends or family.
Inside on the ground floor you will find a magnificent hall, Next to a spacious kitchen and a dining room with fireplace and bathroom.
The first floor is formed with two double bedrooms with individual beds and shared bathroom, A room with a marriage bed and private bathroom, And another room with three beds and own bathroom.
On the second floor a double suite awaits you with marriage bed, private bathroom and access to a beautiful and wide terrace from which you can enjoy the views and the crashed nights.
